Josie is our chatbot and can be found in the ASB Mobile Banking App. Josie can help you get stuff done quickly, so you don't need to wait in a queue or call us.
Josie is great at helping you find the information you're looking for and answering any questions you might have.
There are a few ways you can start a chat with Josie:
'Contact us' in the 'More' menu
In the transaction details screen
The chat icon in Notifications
On the Help and FAQs page found through the 'More' menu
Josie the chatbot is not currently available in Fastnet Classic Internet Banking.

Josie can provide information, but not advice or personalised recommendations.
Josie is learning every day! If it can't help, it'll direct you to a team member who can.
Josie is pretty clever and knows when it's unable to answer a question, or if you've asked a question that needs human input. When this happens, Josie will offer to message one of the team. You'll be able to get a response from our team, who work Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm.
If it's outside of business hours, the team will get back to you once they're back onboard and you can pick the conversation back up right where you left it.
Keeping your money and privacy secure is extremely important to us and this includes your conversations with Josie. There are a few things you can do to help us keep you safe. When chatting with Josie or one of the team, never provide your pin, password or any other identifiable information.
