Regional Banking Hubs offering basic banking services
The Regional Banking Hubs is a unique partnership between six New Zealand banks that provides a new approach to basic banking services in five regional communities.
Smart ATM: For cash withdrawals and note/coin deposits.
iPads: To access our website and internet banking.
Phones: To call our contact centre.
Change machine: To change notes to coins (only available at Ōpōtiki, Twizel, Waimate, Whangamatā).
Book a Banker: A Banking Consultant available one day a week to discuss your financial needs via video conferencing. ASB is rostered on one set day and time each week which varies between hubs. This service requires an appointment in advance. To make an appointment please contact the hub directly either in person, by email or by phone. (only available at Ōpōtiki, Twizel, Waimate, Whangamatā).
Customers seeking other banking services or financial advice will be assisted to use internet banking or put in touch with someone at our contact centre who can help.
