Owner - Angela is hands on, always in the kitchen or out serving customers. She also handles all of the accounting, marketing and other backend jobs, so it can be hard to find the time to give each role the attention it deserves.
“Making cakes is what I want to do. That’s what I love doing, and that’s what I want to spend my time doing. But I unfortunately have to look after the accounting too, so anything that’s going to make that easier for me is a plus.”
