Business mentoring is a supported system where one person shares their skills, knowledge and experience to assist you in growing and developing your business.
Business Mentors offers:
- Small business mentoring - you are the owner of a business with 20 full-time employees or less
- Startup mentoring - you have a business idea and plan you intend to pursue
- Social enterprise mentoring - you are the decision-making executive in a social enterprise
Who will my Mentor be?
Business Mentors NZ has a network of 1700+ Mentors from a wide range of industries in all corners of the country. Your Mentor will be an expert in their field, spanning digital marketing, exporting, finance and more. The service matches you with a Mentor based on the areas you need support in.
What's involved?
Once you've completed your registration, Business Mentors New Zealand will match you to a Mentor. There is a small registration of $295 (+GST) which gives you access to a Mentor for 12 months. In the initial month, there will likely be one meeting to set direction and determine an action plan. Going forward, this will likely become monthly meetings. Every mentoring relationship is unique, and timings will be decided between yourself and your Mentor.
