ASB is committed to giving our customers a say in everything we do.
Round Table is an online research community that gives ASB customers a chance to share their thoughts on a broad range of topics so we can improve our service to you.
Here at ASB, we're always looking for ways to help our customers stay one step ahead and what better way to do that than hearing directly from them.
By becoming a member of ASB Round Table, you will have the opportunity to help us design new products and services, as well as provide feedback on various banking related matters.
Customers selected to take part in Round Table will receive an invitation. This invitation takes them to an online profiling survey, prompting them to tell us a bit more about themselves which helps us gauge their eligibility. It is quick and easy to do and can be completed via PC, laptop, smartphone or tablet.

ASB will never ask you by email for your secure banking information (account or credit card details, password, PIN number or Netcode details) or ask you to log in to your account from an email. ASB will always ask you to log in through our website and you should do so by typing asb.co.nz directly into your browser address bar.
