ASB is committed to delivering an unbeatable experience to all of its customers.

The Voice of the Customer programme gives ASB customers the opportunity to give feedback so that we can check that we are delivering a great experience to you and importantly, identify areas where we can improve further.

We want to provide a great experience for you whether this is from your relationship manager, from a branch or contact centre, online or via our mobile banking app.

From time to time you may receive an invitation with a link to an online survey so that you can provide feedback at a time that suits you. It is quick and easy to complete and for your convenience can be completed via your PC, laptop, smartphone or tablet.

The survey invitation will look the same (or very similar) to the one shown here.

We will never ask our customers for any personal account details, including access codes and passwords, in these surveys. If you are unsure or have any further questions about a survey invitation you have received you can contact ASB via your relationship manager, branch, contact centre (Freephone 0800 803 804) or online.
