ASB True Rewards and New World Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

- The promotion runs from 5th December – 9th December 2024.
- To be eligible for the prize draw, as at the time of the draw you must have:
a. An open ASB Visa Rewards, ASB Visa Platinum Rewards or ASB Visa Business Rewards credit card
b. Your relevant credit card account linked to True Rewards
- Entry into the prize draw is automatic for eligible customers. One entry per person. For joint account holders there can only be one entry per account. For customers with both a personal and business True Rewards account, there can only be one entry per person.
- There are 5 X New World gift cards to be won, each to the value of $1000. One gift card prize per winner.
- The prize draw will be drawn at random on the 9th December 2024. In the event that any drawn winners are no longer an ASB True Rewards customer at the time of the draw, the prize may be redrawn.
- Winners will be contacted by 10th December 2024. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 5 days of being notified as a winner, the prize may be redrawn.
- Prizes will be couriered to winners, to a nominated New Zealand address provided.
- The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- By accepting the prize the prize winner agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements that ASB may reasonably require in relation to this competition.
- ASB’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. ASB reserves the right to remove any person from the prize draw for any reason including, but not limited to, where the conditions for entry to the competition have not been met.
- We collect, hold and use your personal information for the purpose of administering the competition, no additional information will be collected. Our address is North Wharf, 12 Jellicoe Street, Auckland. The information will be destroyed at the end of the competition. You have the rights of access to, and correction of, personal information held by us.
- Employees of ASB and its related companies, their spouse (either married or de facto) and their dependents (children and/or parents living with them) are not eligible to participate in this prize draw.
- ASB reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the prize draw at any time.
- To the extent permitted by law, ASB, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with, this competition or its prizes.
