ASB KiwiSaver Scheme Retirement Withdrawal Form

Please use this form when you're wishing to apply for an initial withdrawal from your ASB KiwiSaver Scheme account. This form will allow you to make a one-off withdrawal, set up a regular withdrawal or withdraw all of your retirement savings.
