Can I use Apple Pay if I report my ASB Visa card as stolen or has had fraudulent transactions?
Last Updated: 07 Nov 2024
Yes, you can continue using Apple Pay from the next day.
If you currently use Apple Pay, when you call ASB to report your card as stolen or has had fraudulent transactions on it, your physical card will be deactivated, the card will be removed from Apple Pay, and a replacement card will be posted.
Your replacement card details will be updated on your ASB Mobile Banking app overnight and you will first need to add the card into Apple Pay again via the ASB Mobile app to use Apple Pay on your device from around 5 am the next day.
