How can I reduce my personal loan payments?
Last Updated: 11 Jul 2016
If you have made additional payments and reduced the term of your loan you can extend the term of your loan back out to the original term which in turn reduces the payment fortnightly or monthly.
You can do this by sending a secure email request through My Messages in FastNet Classic internet banking, visiting any ASB branch or by calling 0800 272 662. You may be required to sign a document in branch as this may need to be witnessed.
