How is my mortgage free date calculated?

Your mortgage free date is calculated based on your home loan balance, applicable interest rate and instalment amount.
To assist with the calculation, the selected interest rate has been applied for the remaining term of the loan. It excludes bridging, interest only and Orbit home loans.
