Advice Centre and Contact Centre Update
Contact Centre Christmas and New Year hours
Our Contact Centre (Service Line 0800 803 804) will be available to take your calls 8:30am-5pm from Wednesday 25 Dec 2024 to Sunday 5 Jan 2025 inclusive. Their normal opening hours (8am-8pm) will resume from Monday 6 Jan 2025.
Advice Centre (Branch) Christmas and New Year hours
All our Advice Centres will be closed on Christmas Day Wednesday 25 Dec 2024, Boxing Day Thursday 26 Dec 2024, and New Year's Day Wednesday 1 Jan 2025.
The following Advice Centres will be open 10am-4pm on Thursday 2 Jan 2025, with the rest of our Advice Centres closed on the day:
Botany Downs, Sylvia Park, Broadway, Manukau City, Albany, Glenfield, NorthWest, WestCity Henderson, Lynnmall New Lynn, St Lukes, Porirua - North City.
Advice Centres closed from Wednesday 25 Dec 2024 to Sunday 5 Jan 2025 inclusive:
North Wharf, Remuera, Waiheke, Ponsonby, Onehunga, Silverdale, Kaikohe, Kaitaia, Kerikeri, Dargaville, Te Awamutu, Matamata, Cambridge, Tauranga (1 Spring St), Masterton, Upper Hutt, Gore, Hokitika, Ashburton, Hornby.
Advice Centres closed from Wednesday 25 Dec to Sunday 29 Dec 2024 inclusive and again from Wednesday 1 Jan to Sunday 5 Jan 2025 inclusive, but open normal hours on Monday 30 Dec and Tuesday 31 Dec 2024:
Cashel Mall, The Palms Shirley, Westport.
Ormiston Advice Centre will be open 9am-5pm from Friday 27 Dec to Tuesday 31 Dec 2024 inclusive and again from Friday 3 Jan to Sunday 5 Jan 2025 inclusive.
The rest of our Advice Centres not mentioned above will be open normal hours and have their usual closed days (including public holidays) between Wednesday 25 Dec 2024 and Sunday 5 Jan 2025.
All our Advice Centres will revert to their normal opening hours from Monday 6 Jan 2025.

Regional Banking Hubs Christmas and New Year hours
All Regional Banking Hubs will be closed from Saturday 21 Dec 2024 to Sunday 5 Jan 2025 inclusive. They will reopen from Monday 6 Jan 2025.
