The Brand Survey gives our customers the opportunity to give feedback so that we can check how we're performing relative to other companies.
From time to time you may receive an invitation with a link to an online survey so that you can provide feedback at a time that suits you. It is quick and easy to complete and for your convenience can be completed via your PC, laptop, smartphone or tablet.
The survey invitation will look the same (or very similar) to the one shown here.

We will never ask our customers for any personal account details, including access codes and passwords, in these surveys. If you are unsure or have any further questions about a survey invitation you can contact us.
