Can I delete a pending Visa payment?

Unfortunately we are unable to reverse a pending transaction, as the merchant has already received authorisation to process it. If the transaction is not authorised by yourself, we recommend contacting the company directly and asking them to reverse the payment. If you are unable to make contact or do not know who they are, you can cancel and replace your card in FastNet Classic internet banking or via the ASB Mobile app.
Once the transaction has been processed, we can then dispute the transaction/s.
