How do I turn push notifications on or off for the ASB Mobile Banking app?

Firstly, enable push notifications on your mobile device:
For iPhone / iPad:
- Open the ‘Settings’ app
- Scroll to ‘ASB Mobile’
- Select ‘Notifications’
- Ensure ‘Allow Notifications’ is enabled
For Android devices (e.g. Samsung):
- Open the ‘Settings’ app
- Select ‘Apps’
- Select ‘ASB Mobile’
- Select ‘Notifications’
- Swipe right on the toggle bar to enable notifications

Secondly, enable push notifications within your ASB Mobile Banking app settings:
- Log in to the ASB Mobile Banking app
- Select 'More' from the bottom bar
- Select ‘Settings’
- Under the ‘Notifications’ header use the toggle button to turn Push Notifications on or off
If you are still not receiving push notifications from ASB:
Please try restarting your phone (turning it off and back on again).
