Yes, the ASB KiwiSaver Scheme has charges.
For each ASB KiwiSaver Scheme member these are currently annual fund charges ranging from an estimated 0.35% - 1.00% p.a. as an estimated percentage of the net asset value of the fund. These fees and charges cover the management of the ASB KiwiSaver Scheme and for them you get:
