How do I settle my home loan and pay-off my mortgage?
Last Updated: 23 Nov 2016
The simple way to pay off your loan is through your Solicitor.
Your Solicitor will request a repayment figure and and we send back a settlement statement. If requested this will include a discharge of mortgage and title document.
On settlement day, your Solicitor will send us funds to repay your loan and we will delete the security we hold on your property.
A settlement statement fee and/or a release of mortgage repayment fee may apply.
Please check to our home loan interest rates and fees for details.
