How do I know that my home loan re-fix request has been received?

A confirmation letter will be added to your document centre in FastNet Classic internet banking 24 hours after you’ve re-fixed your home loan.
To view your documents:
- Log in to FastNet Classic internet banking.
- Open the menu in the top left of the screen.
- On the right-hand side, select 'Documents'.
