What happens if I don’t re-fix my home loan rate before my current fixed rate rollover (FRR) expires?
Last Updated: 09 Jul 2020
Your home loan rate will automatically switch to ASB’s variable rate as advertised on asb.co.nz. The personalised rates offered and the 'Rate Promise' are not available after your current fixed rate expires. Please contact your lending specialist to discuss or call us on 0800 100 600.
