What happens if I don’t re-fix my home loan rate before my current fixed rate rollover (FRR) expires?
Last Updated: 29 Nov 2024
Your home loan rate will automatically switch to ASB's variable rate as advertised on asb.co.nz. The personalised rates offered will be available for 3 months after your current fixed rate expires. Rates are subject to change.
Please note that Early Repayment Adjustments (ERAs) may apply if you break or amend your loan after selecting a fixed interest rate. Please contact your lending specialist to discuss, or call us on 0800 10 600.
