What happens if I don’t re-fix my home loan rate before my current fixed rate rollover (FRR) expires?

Your home loan rate will automatically switch to ASB's variable rate as advertised on asb.co.nz. The personalised rates offered will be available for 3 months after your current fixed rate expires. Rates are subject to change.
Please note that Early Repayment Adjustments (ERAs) may apply if you break or amend your loan after selecting a fixed interest rate. Please contact your lending specialist to discuss, or call us on 0800 10 600.
