How do I reduce my daily payment limits?

Reducing your daily payment limits can help protect you if you fall victim to fraud and scams. By setting a lower daily limit, you can make it more difficult for someone to steal a large amount of money from your account if they gain access to your account.
To reduce your daily limits on the ASB Mobile Banking app:
- Log in to the ASB mobile banking app.
- Tap on the cog icon in the top right corner.
- Tap on the ‘Security Checkup’ under ‘Security’ section.
- Tap on ‘Reduce daily limits’.
- Move the sliders to the value that you want to select as your daily limit.
- Click on ‘Save daily payment limit'.
To reduce your daily limits in FastNet Classic internet banking:
- Sign in to your FastNet Classic account.
- Click on your name on the top right corner of the page.
- Click on ‘Security Checkup’.
- Click on ‘Reduce daily limits’.
- Move the sliders to the value that you want to select as your daily limit.
- Click on ‘Save daily payment limit'.
