I didn't receive a notification and my Online EFTPOS payment didn't go through, what went wrong?
Last Updated: 03 Aug 2017
Online EFTPOS notifications only appear within the ASB Mobile Banking app. Log into the app within four minutes of creating the Online EFTPOS payment request on the website.
There are a couple of reasons why your payment might not go through:
- Mobile data or Wi-Fi signal may have been lost before the notification could be delivered.
- The mobile number you entered on the website is not registered to your ASB Mobile Banking app.
Simply try the payment again and select Online EFTPOS or try an alternative payment method.
