Card replaced as it was damaged: You can seamlessly continue using your mobile or watch without any interruptions.
Card replaced as it was Lost: You can continue using your mobile or watch from the next day. Your mobile or watch will update with the new card details overnight, and you can resume contactless payments from around 5 am the next morning.
Card replaced as it was stolen or due to fraud: You can continue using your mobile or watch from the next day. The ASB Mobile Banking app will update overnight, and you need to add the card to Apple Pay or Google Pay via the ASB Mobile Banking app. It will be ready for use around 5 am the following morning.
Note: Transactions over $200 may require a PIN. If so, you'll need to wait for the physical card.
