My phone is lost or has been stolen, what should I do in relation to my ASB Mobile Business app?
Last Updated: 29 Apr 2014
Please let us know, by calling 0800 225 527 or + 64 9 623 8763 if you are calling from overseas.
Please also Log In to FastNet Business and deregister your phone. To do this:
- go into your User Preferences under the Administration menu (you don’t need Administrator approval to deregister your mobile)
OR
- advise your FastNet Business administrator, so that they can deregister your phone on your behalf.
