What do I need to get started with the ASB Mobile Business App?
Last Updated: 09 Feb 2016
You need to be enabled to have the mobile app access against your user profile via the Administration section of FastNet Business.
You can check your User Preferences to see if you’re already enabled: go to Administration > User Profiles, and click on your User Name. The Mobile access setting is at the bottom of the first tab, ‘Access’.
If your access is disabled, one of your site Administrators will be able to enable and authorise access for you by:
- Go to the administration section of FastNet Business
- Click on Users
- Click on User Profiles
- Select the user by clicking on the blue user ID
- You will default to the Access page. Scroll down to ASB Mobile Business Access
- Click Enabled
- Save and Exit
This change will now need to be authorised
- Click the Current User Requests tab.
- Select the check box for each request that you wish to authorise,
- Click Authorise.
- Complete the User ID, Password and Netcode fields
- Click Authorise.
