Easter and ANZAC Day Advice Centre & Contact Centre Hours
All our Advice Centres (branches) will be closed on Good Friday 18 April, Easter Sunday 20 April, and ANZAC Day 25 April. There is no change to our opening hours on Saturday 19 April.
A number of our Advice Centres will be open on Easter Monday 21 April. Please click here for further information.
Our Contact Centre (General Service line 0800 803 804) will be open 8:30am-5pm from Friday 18 April to Monday 21 April inclusive, and on 25 April.
