What is the Unpaid or Dishonour Charge on my statement?
Last Updated: 20 Aug 2021
Customers have told us that the statement descriptions for some dishonour fees have not been clear or easily understood in the past, so we have changed these to be clearer.
New wording | Old wording |
Unpaid DD Charge | ASB D/D NSF |
Unpaid AP Charge | A/P NSF Fee |
Unpaid BP Charge | B/P NSF Fee |
Unpaid IRDpymt Chrge | IRD NSF Payment Fee |
If you use ‘Track My Spend’ to record your monthly transactions, you may need to re-code these fee charges to reflect the new descriptions.
