Can I see past statement history and transactions on my account?
Last Updated: 21 Jul 2021
Yes, you can view up to seven years of transaction history on ASB bank accounts and ASB Credit Cards.
To do this:
- Log in to FastNet Classic internet banking.
- Open the menu in the top left of the screen.
- In the 'Everyday banking' section, select 'Search and export transactions'.
- Choose the account you want to see a statement for.
- Select the date range you want to view by clicking the calendar icon to the right of the 'From' date range box and choosing a month and day.
- Repeat this for the 'To' date.
- If you are searching for something specific, e.g., 'rates', enter that term in the search box.
- Then select 'View'.
You can export up to 10,000 transactions per file download . This restriction has been put in place to prevent performance issues and maximise successful downloads.
You can also view statements for all your accounts (including credit card statements) in Document Centre in FastNet Classic internet banking. Document Centre stores PDF files of your paper statements from as far back as 1 December 2010, even if you have chosen to stop your paper statement.
