What do I do when the ASB Mobile Banking app is telling me I have too many devices registered?
Last Updated: 21 Sep 2022
If you exceed the device limit, you will be prompted to remove devices when you log in on the ASB Mobile app.
Follow the on-screen instructions to review and remove devices in order to proceed.
You can also manage/remove devices through FastNet Classic by selecting your username in the top-right hand corner and clicking 'Manage Devices'.
Please note: If you experience technical issues when managing your devices, you will still be able to proceed with basic banking activities until services resume.
