What do I do if I've lost or misplaced my Fitbit watch?
Last Updated: 12 Oct 2017
The Fitbit watch has its own PIN code as a layer of protection. But for added security, you can suspend the card on your watch in the Wallet section of the Fitbit app (even if your watch isn't nearby).
When you suspend a card, it remains stored in your Wallet, but you can’t use it to make payments with your watch. You can also suspend or resume using Fitbit Pay through the ASB Contact Centre by calling 0800 803 804.
