What do I do if I've lost or misplaced my Garmin watch?
Last Updated: 11 May 2018
The Garmin watch has its own PIN code as a layer of protection. For added security, you can suspend (and reactivate) the card on your watch in the 'Wallet' section of the Garmin Connect Mobile app (even if your watch isn't nearby).
When you suspend a card, it remains stored in your wallet, but you can’t use it to make payments with your watch.
You can also suspend or resume using Garmin Pay through the ASB Contact Centre by calling 0800 803 804.
