What is ASB Visa Secure?
Last Updated: 24 Feb 2022
ASB Visa Secure is an extra layer of security on your card when you shop with certain online retailers.
When shopping at these sites you may be asked to enter a Netcode or answer security questions to prove your identity before you can make a purchase.
You don't need to do anything to set up ASB Visa Secure – it's already in place.
If you are experiencing difficulties with ASB Visa Secure:
- Check that your Netcode number is up to date. Learn how.
- Note that the Netcode is sent via text message, and you cannot use a physical token.
- Call us on 0800 803 804.
