Your Personal Profile is a place where you can let us know your most up to date personal and contact details. This helps us to contact you sooner if we have any urgent news and provide you with an efficient banking experience.
It is also a place where you can verify your home address and your identity that helps us comply with New Zealand's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, and protect you and ASB.
Updating your Personal Profile is a simple process that you can do through FastNet Classic internet banking or the ASB Mobile Banking app at any time.
