Why haven't I received the verification code for my Personal Profile?

If you haven’t received your verification code after entering your email address, please ensure that:
- You have spelled your email correctly.
- You have access to your email inbox.
- The email is not in your spam folder.
- You have waited at least 2 minutes.
If you haven’t received your verification code after entering your phone number, please ensure that:
- You have entered your phone number correctly.
- You have mobile phone coverage.
- The number you used wasn’t an international phone number (only NZ mobile numbers can be verified).
- You have waited at least 2 minutes.
