Who do I contact about assistance or a claim for ASB Visa Business Rewards travel insurance?
After 31 March 2017 Visa Business Rewards cardholders will no longer have access to travel insurance for any new trips booked and paid for using an ASB Visa Business Rewards card. However, until this date, travel insurance was still available provided you meet the conditions and activate your cover before 31 March 2017 (even if your actual travel date is after 31 March 2017) according to the ASB Visa Business Rewards Credit Card Travel Insurance Policy Wording*. If you are booking travel after this date and want travel insurance, you’ll need to arrange your own cover.
