Why have I been charged fees on my ASB account?
Last Updated: 20 Aug 2021
Depending on which ASB accounts you have and how you bank, fees on accounts and services vary. There are different fees for self-service transactions (such as transferring money between your ASB accounts via online and mobile banking, FastPhone, PayHere and ASB ATM's; and deposits via FastDeposit boxes) and staff-assisted transactions (such as deposits, withdrawals and transfers done in a branch or through the contact centre).
You’ll find a comprehensive guide to our fees and charges here.
