How to stay logged in when switching apps while using the ASB Mobile Banking app

Sometimes you might need to switch between the ASB Mobile Banking app and other apps to get your banking done. Download or print our guide to learn how to enable this function so you won’t get logged out.

Download guide

Log in to the ASB Mobile Banking app and select More from the bottom bar.
Then tap Settings.
In the Settings menu, select Security or simply scroll down to the security section.
Tap Stay logged in when switching apps.
Use the toggle button to switch this on.
Tap the arrow at the top left of the screen to go back to Security where you’ll now see Stay logged in when switching apps is on.
Success! If you switch between apps when using the ASB Mobile Banking app, you won't have to log back in.
