Can I earn both True Rewards and Everyday Rewards in the same credit card statement period?
No, the rewards option you have selected at the end of the credit card statement period will be the option for all your eligible purchases for that statement period. You cannot earn a combination of True Rewards and Everyday Rewards during any one statement period.
For example, if you switch from earning True Rewards to Everyday Rewards in the middle of your statement period, Everyday Rewards points will be applied to all your purchases for that statement period.

How many times can I switch between earning True Rewards dollars or Everyday Rewards points?
You will be able to switch between True Rewards dollars and Everyday Rewards points at any time during the day, but the change will take effect overnight. You are able to switch as many times as you like.
The rewards option you have selected at the end of the credit card statement period will be the option for all your eligible purchases for that statement period.

How do I get an Everyday Rewards account?
If you are a current member of Woolworths Onecard loyalty programme the transition is easy. Simply sign into Everyday Rewards with your current Onecard details and your account will be linked. From 1 February 2024, any remaining Onecard points or vouchers will be transferred to your Everyday Rewards account.
If you do not have a Onecard account simply visit the Everyday Rewards website and follow the steps provided to sign up.

Can I link multiple ASB rewards credit cards to one Everyday Rewards account, or vice versa?
No - only one ASB rewards credit card can be linked to one Everyday Rewards account at a time.
Personal ASB rewards credit cards:
- Each cardholder requires their own Everyday Rewards account.
- For Joint or Additional cardholders, each cardholder can choose to earn either True Rewards or Everyday Rewards, regardless of what the other cardholder selects.
Business ASB rewards credit cards:
- The entire credit card account can only be linked to one Everyday Rewards account which will link all cardholders. This is because a change in the rewards programme (True Rewards or Everyday Rewards) by one account owner will apply for all cardholders.

What types of transactions are excluded from earning Everyday Rewards Points?
Customers will not earn Everyday Rewards points on their ASB rewards credit card on the following transactions:
- Cash advances or transactions (including a credit card transaction treated by ASB as a cash advance or quasi cash advance)
- Adjustments
- Government charges
- Interest charges
- Bank fees
- Annual credit card account or other fees
- Card balance transfers from another bank's credit card (unless otherwise stipulated by the ASB)

How will my Everyday Rewards points be calculated?
Everyday Rewards points on your ASB rewards credit card are calculated and applied to your Everyday Rewards account monthly. Your total eligible spend for the statement period will be rounded up or down to the nearest dollar. The earn rate will be applied to this rounded amount.
In the instance your earn for the month includes half an Everyday Rewards point, this will be rounded down.
