Why has the log in section moved for FastNet Business?
Last Updated: 25 Nov 2016
We have recently made changes to the way customers log into ASB FastNet Classic, internet banking for personal customers.
As a result, we changed the position of the FastNet Business log in section on our website.
There is a new yellow Log In section at the top right corner of our website. From there you can access FastNet Business and our other online services.
Importantly, once you have logged in, FastNet Business will look and work just like you are used to. There is no change to our website address, your current client ID, user ID or password.
Remember, ASB will never ask you by email for your secure banking information or ask you to log in to your account from an email.
