How do I rename my accounts so they are personal to me?

You can personalise your bank account names via FastNet Classic internet banking and the ASB Mobile Banking app. For example, you could call your FastSaver 'Car Savings', or set up a dedicated 'Travel Fund'.
Here’s how:
FastNet Classic
- From the top of your accounts list on the main balances page, select 'Personalise'.
- From the list of personalisation options, select 'Personalise account'.
- Select the account you would like to rename.
- Update the account name in the field labelled 'Account name' and select 'Save'.
ASB Mobile Banking app
- From the main accounts screen, select the cog icon in the top right.
- Select 'Personalise', then select 'Rename accounts'.
- Select the account you would like to rename.
- Update the account name and tap 'Done'.
There are some accounts that can't be renamed.
Please note, your updated account names will not be displayed on your printed statements.
