How can I update my contact details?
Last Updated: 27 Apr 2023
If your preferred name, email, contact number or address has changed, you can update your contact details either through the ASB Mobile Banking app or FastNet Classic internet banking. Here’s how:
For ASB Mobile app:
- Log in to the ASB Mobile app.
- Select the 'Settings' menu in the top right-hand corner of the screen, then select 'Profile' from the menu.
For FastNet Classic internet banking:
- Log in to FastNet Classic.
- Select the 'Profile settings' menu in the top right-hand corner of the screen, then select 'Personal profile' from the menu.
Update any details you wish to change by selecting the drop-down arrow and 'Update' or 'Edit'.
Note: If you want to change your name/identity, you'll need to come into a branch with relevant documentation to verify this.
