Can I set up a new bill payee using the ASB Mobile Banking app?

Yes, to set up a new bill payee using the ASB Mobile app:

Log in to the ASB Mobile app.
From the menu, tap 'Payments'.
Tap 'Make a Payment.'
You may be asked to enter your PIN to continue.
Tap 'Choose who to pay', then 'Pay someone new'.
Enter the payee details, then select 'Check payee details'.
We'll perform a Confirmation of Payee check, show a response and then you can choose whether to go ahead with the payment or to edit the payee details.
Select 'Save this payee' so you have the account details if you need to pay them again in the future.
Enter the amount, the frequency of the payments and any reference details if required then tap 'Pay'.
