How can I add or update my business or organisation details to the list of registered payees in FastNet Classic internet banking?
Last Updated: 03 Dec 2021
The registered bill payee list allows your customers to easily set up and pay your business or organisation from within FastNet Classic internet banking or the ASB Mobile Banking app.
Instead of having to type out account details when they want to pay a business or organisation, customers can search for the business or organisation by name and be guided through what details to provide.
Once you register with ASB your details will also be registered with other banks in New Zealand.
To add or update your details on the registered payee list:
- Download the ASB bill payee registration form.
- Fill out your details including the information you’ll need to be able to identify and reconcile payments.
- Email your completed form to customeradministrationsupport@asb.co.nz or return it to your nearest branch or relationship manager.
- ASB will register your details to display on other New Zealand bank’s registered payee lists.
