How do I renew my credit card?
Last Updated: 12 Jun 2024
If your credit card is due to expire, ASB will automatically post you a new credit card even if you're overseas. Just check that your address is up to date with us on the ASB Mobile Banking app or FastNet Classic internet banking.
If your credit card is lost or stolen overseas you should contact ASB immediately:
In New Zealand, call our contact centre on 0800 803 804
or notify your nearest ASB branch. If you're overseas, call us on +64 9 306 3000
(feel free to call collect).
Alternatively, for Visa, find the 24-hour Global Assistance number for the country you're in.
