I can't make my credit card payment, what are my options?

If you have not yet missed a payment and you’re in New Zealand, call our contact centre on 0800 803 804 or contact your nearest ASB branch to discuss what options are available. If you’re overseas, call us on +64 9 306 3000 (feel free to call collect).
If you have already missed a credit card payment or your credit card is over limit, call our Credit Solutions team on 0800 27 27 28. They are available:
Mon - Wed : 8:00am to 8pm
Thurs - Fri: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Sat: 9:00am to 4:30pm
