I've made an extra payment to my credit card? Will my direct debit still make a payment to my card on the due date?

If you make an extra payment to your credit card that is higher than the amount due on your monthly statement, the direct debit will not run that month.
If you make an extra payment to your credit card less than the amount due on your monthly statement, the direct debit will still run, but only for the difference between the amount due on your monthly statement and the extra payment.
For example, if your amount due is $30.00 and you make an extra payment of $10.00, then the direct debit for that month will be $20.00.
