Why can't I add, alter or delete any automatic payments, bill payments or one-off payments?
Last Updated: 29 May 2023
Our system updates overnight from 10pm to approximately 3am the next morning.
During this time, you can:
- View upcoming bill and automatic payments you have previously scheduled.
- Create a new scheduled bill payment (note: this newly scheduled payment may not appear in your list of upcoming payments until the next calendar day, on either FastNet Classic internet banking or the ASB Mobile app).
- Make a one-off payment (note: whilst your balance will update immediately, this payment may not appear in your transaction history until the next calendar day, on either FastNet Classic internet banking or the ASB Mobile app).
- Make a transfer (note: whilst your balances (to and from accounts) will update immediately, the transfer may not appear in your transaction history until the next calendar day, on either FastNet Classic internet banking or the ASB Mobile app).
During this time, you will be unable to:
- Add, edit or delete automatic payments.
- Edit or delete scheduled bill payments.
- Save a new payee.
Note: When a regular Automatic Payment is set up, only the next (one) upcoming payment in the series will display in the View Upcoming Payments pages.
