Can I use Google Wallet on my Fitbit device if I report my ASB Visa card has been lost or misplaced?
Last Updated: 07 Nov 2024
Yes, you can continue using Google Wallet on your Fitbit device from the next day.
If you currently use Google Wallet on your Fitbit device, when you call ASB to report your physical card as lost, your physical card will be deactivated and a replacement card will be posted.
Your replacement card details will be updated on your Google Wallet overnight and you will be able to use Google Wallet on your Fitbit device from around 5 am the next day.
You can lock and replace your ASB Visa card using ASB Card Control in the ASB Mobile Banking app or replace your card using FastNet Classic internet banking.
