How do I change my default account for payments and transfers in FastNet Classic or the ASB Mobile app?

To save time when making payments or transfers using FastNet Classic internet banking or the ASB Mobile Banking app, you can choose a default account. This account will be automatically selected as your 'from account', but you can change it at any time.
To change your default account via FastNet Classic:
- Log in to FastNet Classic.
- Select your Profile in the top right hand corner.
- Choose 'Default Account'.
- Change your account.
Please note: updating your default account in FastNet Classic will also update it in the ASB Mobile app.
To change your default account via the ASB Mobile app:
- Log in to the ASB Mobile app.
- Open the ‘More’ menu in the bottom bar.
- Choose 'Settings'
- Choose 'Default Account'. This will be under the personalisation heading
- Change/select your preferred account.
- Save.
Please note: updating your default account in the ASB Mobile app will also update it in FastNet Classic.
