Last Updated: 17 Aug 2017
There are a few ways you can contact ASB.
If you are already an ASB customer and you use FastNet Classic:
Log in to FastNet Classic.
Select 'My Messages' from the Main Menu. Then select 'New Message'.
- Complete your query and hit 'Send'. We’ll get back to you within 48 hours.
If you are an ASB customer but you haven’t yet set up FastNet Classic, you’ll find all our contact details here including if you’re calling from overseas. If you’d like to set up FastNet Classic but aren’t sure how to go about it, please visit How do I join FastNet Classic?
If you’re not an ASB customer, welcome! Please visit the contact section of the ASB website which has a number of ways to contact us.
