How important is it that I respond to the insurance application questions honestly?
Last Updated: 16 Dec 2015
It’s very important that you answer all the declaration questions honestly and as completely as possible. Remember, insurance is a contract, and part of your obligation under that contract is to provide us with any information that may be relevant to your policy.
Doing this is not only your obligation, it also helps us ensure you have cover that meets your needs, and also that there are no surprises if you need to claim.
Please don’t give false or incomplete information, as it may result in your claim being declined or the contract being void from the beginning.
